dog policy

  •  $300 non refundable pet fee per dog OR $600 pet deposit per dog (limit may vary per property, but max is always 2 pets)

    • Photo of your dog(s)

    • Pet screening fee paid through our pet screening service here:

      • Proof of renter’s insurance listing FEN Foursome Properties LLC as additionally insured ($300k minimum liability)

      • Letter from vet with the breed and shot record

    • Breed restrictions are updated on our screening site, but may include: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Doberman, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
